MATURE FELLOWSHIP QUEBEC
Dear brother,
I am writing to you because I am deeply convinced that our Lord Jesus has already called you, as His the Chosen servant, to lead people out of the darkness of this age into His Kingdom. I am sure that in our gatherings of mature and strong ministers, we will be able to truly experience His love for us as His disciples, and grow, equipping and strengthening one another through honest and sincere mutual service. It is precisely in mature, committed relationships with one another that we will become more and more like Christ, a fruitful vine bearing many times more fruit than we would without a strong team supporting one another in the difficult times ahead. Please do not ignore this invitation to become part of our Mature Fellowship and grow in maturity with us, so that you may successfully carry out the ministry entrusted to you in Canada and beyond.
With love in Christ, Eugene
Now you can take a look and scroll through a bit more explanatory information about how our meetings will take place, so you can get a clearer picture of the format of this ministry.
CLOSED FELLOWSHIP FOR PROVEN DISCIPLES
Our team will keep the number of participants to no more than twelve people for the first year of the meetings, while also welcoming a few guests who may join us for a couple of hours to participate.
We are planning to include two overnight stays for those who live too far to return home. This allows us to spend meaningful, unhurried time together—from Friday evening, through the full day on Saturday, and until Sunday before noon.
This is private, invitation-only environment for mature believers who want real growth, mature relationships, and long-lasting fruit. 3-day immersive gatherings (every 2-3 months):
We are going to keep gatherings simple and relational. Meetings to spend time together, talk about real life, ministry ups and downs, and grow in faith together. There are short teachings and discussions, but the focus is on honest conversation and shared experience. Everyone is active to participate, ask questions, and bring something from their own life. We take time for prayer, reflection, and quiet moments as well. Everything flows naturally, with respect for each person. Between meetings, we stay connected and support one another. It’s not about being perfect — it’s about growing honestly together.
WHAT WILL TAKE PLACE DURING OUR MEETINGS
1. Real cases in the ministry, analysis of the situations and ministry to the responsible person. At every meeting.
2. Personal growth. Accountability questions. Up & In. Takes place in small groups: one-on-one or one-to-two.
3. Testimony from one of the participants about a strong, effective ministry model.
A powerful example to follow. Breakdown of the “skeleton” of the model: how it is structured and how it works. As well as its application and adaptation in other ministries and different contexts.
4. Main theme of the meeting. (list of the workshop themes below) Exploration of the theme and its practical application. Analysis of how it can be applied in different environments and other contexts.
5. Complex case. A Guest (active disciple) brings a real problem or big success. Situation review: analysis of roots and fruits. Identifying causes, consequences, and solutions. Practical pathways out of crisis or multiplication of Good fruits on a bigger scale.
6. Deep group prayer. Hearing the voice of the Holy Spirit as a group.
7. Truth in Love Confrontation Session or Prophetic Accountability Circle
(also can be named: Prophetic Confrontation Circle). Truth spoken in love toward One brother volunteer. The purpose of this session is precise: to eliminate misalignment, expose limitations, and accelerate leadership maturity. One leader is placed in focus while a group engages in prayer, discernment, and direct verbal input. Feedback is not filtered for comfort and not diluted for preference.
Participants should expect:
accurate identification of character liabilities and leadership risks
direct confrontation of blind spots, inconsistencies, and internal contradictions
exposure of patterns that compromise influence, credibility, or spiritual authority
clear, actionable correction with expectation of measurable response

ACCOUNTABILITY
Each participant is in a 1-to-1 or 1-to-2 accountability relationship. A safe space to confess, repent, and ask for help early. Speaking truth with care, building trust through honesty and consistency.
This is not about attending, This is about becoming a person whose life looks like Christ — and produces the same in others.
