Student Agreement

Before entering this fellowship, every student agrees to following statements:

   Student Agreement — Mature Fellowship

  • Before entering this fellowship, every student agrees to walk in honesty, humility, responsibility, and respect toward God and the people around them. The strength of this environment depends on trust, emotional safety, maturity, and sincere relationships, not on talent, gifting, knowledge, or position.

  • Everything shared inside the fellowship is treated with CONFIDENTIALITY and RESPECT to PRIVACY. Personal struggles, weaknesses, confessions, family situations, emotional conversations, or sensitive information are never shared outside the group casually or used to damage another person’s reputation, influence, or trust.

  • Each student agrees to come with a TEACHABLE SPIRIT. Nobody enters as an expert, performer, or “finished leader.” We all remain students, growing together into greater maturity in Christ.

  • Students agree to speak truth honestly, but with gentleness and respect. Correction is never used to shame, dominate, humiliate, or control another person. We avoid manipulation, sarcasm, passive aggression, intimidation, emotional pressure, or religious performance.

  • Every participant takes personal responsibility for their own spiritual life, emotional health, reactions, decisions, and growth. We do not blame others for everything happening inside us, and we do not expect the group to carry responsibilities that belong to us personally before God.

  • Nobody is forced to share beyond what they are ready to share. Vulnerability is invited, never demanded. At the same time, students are encouraged not to hide continually behind image management, pride, or emotional walls.

  • Gossip is completely rejected. If conflict, offense, or misunderstanding arises between two people, they agree to address it directly, honestly, and peacefully instead of spreading tension through side conversations or hidden division.

  • Students agree to remain emotionally self-controlled during difficult conversations. Strong emotions may arise during correction, conflict, or deep personal discussions, but we commit to remaining respectful, calm, and responsible for our behavior.

  • No one uses spiritual authority, prophecy, Scripture, prayer, or “God told me” language to pressure, manipulate, or control another person. Spiritual influence must always remain humble, accountable, and healthy.

  • Students agree to honor practical responsibilities during gatherings. We help serve, clean, prepare meals, support one another, and contribute to the atmosphere of peace and maturity together. Nobody comes only to consume.

  • Phones, distractions, side conversations, joking during serious moments, or behavior that breaks trust and attentiveness are avoided during sessions.

  • Every student agrees to protect healthy relational and physical boundaries. Respect, wisdom, purity, and self-control remain important in all interactions between men and women inside the fellowship environment.

  • Students understand that this fellowship is not therapy, entertainment, networking, or a platform for personal influence. It is a long-term environment for sincere spiritual growth, emotional maturity, accountability, brotherhood, and transformation into the image of Christ.

  • By joining this fellowship, each student understand that true maturity is formed slowly through honesty, correction, faithfulness and shared life experiences over time.
